Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns: 

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return

We’ll process your return once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
